What a Character

Here is a little start to our FUN filled 3 days in Disneyland!! The kids loved seeing all the different Characters. We didn't get to see as many princesses as we hoped for but we weren't going to wait in line for 2 hours for that. So we only really saw one and Kenzie was fine with that. Bob didn't like any of them but now he says Mickey Mouse ALL DAY LONG. But if you ask him he likes Mickey he says no. I don't get it either. So enjoy our intro to Disneyland and in a few days I will have more FUN pictures and stories for you!! (I know you are all just dying to hear them and see them:) ) Well at least my mom and dad are. Kenzie told her she was BEAUTIFUL. And Kenzie's shirt said "shake it up" so they danced with her. It was too cute and she loved it.

Buzz got stuck and the kids had to push is button and help him.

A day at the beach

I have been wanting to take Bob to the beach since he turned one and finally got to take him. It didn't go as I had planned and he didn't love it as much as I had hoped he would. It could be due to the fact that the water was COLD and his Daddy made him get all the way in instead of just letting him play.... But it was fun and the big kids had a BLAST. Kenzie actually got in this year. She usually just stays in the sand and plays. We went to Newport beach which was super clean and BEAUTIFUL!! The homes were so pretty. We want to go back. This is what the baby did most of the time. (We think he looks a lot like Kenzie here, and don't you love our new fancy stroller?)

Daddy always has to do this and always makes the kids made. You would think he would learn to STOP but he doesn't....

Going in for the 1st time. ( Yes Will has all his clothes on. We all changed in the car. Not easy when you are 25 weeks pregnant. But he wanted to wait for a bathroom, that we never found....)

Newport temple

Day one we were driving most of the day so we didn't get to do much but we did get to go to the Newport beach temple and then the beach. The temple is so beautiful and the grounds have tons of beautiful flowers. We have a family goal of seeing a temple every vacation and hopefully a new one every time. And once the kids are all 12 are plan is to do baptisms with them in all the temples we visit.

Swimming

Bob finished his 6 week every day ISR swim classes a month ago and did GREAT! In fact he was the best out of the three kids. He only cried the 1st few days and loved it everyday after. He was walk right up to his teacher to get in and would tell us he wanted to swim. He gets to go back once a month for refreshers which is nice since my mom's pool is still COLD! I will post more pictures when I have time so for now enjoy this one:)

Greatest thing....

"It's the greatest thing I've ever seen in my entire life," that is what Jordan told us when we asked him how he liked the temple. I couldn't agree more! We got to go to the Gila Valley Temple open house and we took my mom and aunt too. Having my mom there was indescribable. Standing next to her in the celestial room was overwhelming. I hope it not the only chance I have to have her there. I was so over come with emotions and happiness at that moment. I wish it didn't have to end. Not only was my mother there but to have my children there, WOW. HAPPINESS is all that comes to mind. Like Jeffery R. Holland I too can't imagine Heaven without my Husband and children.

I also can't imagine it without my mom and dad and brothers too.

I know the church is true and going to the temple only helps to strengthen my testimony that families are FOREVER! What a blessing to know that from birth. I am thankful my children will grow up knowing this. I am thankful that my children were able to feel the spirit that is within the walls of the temple at such a small age. In fact as we were leaving Jordan asked if he could buy a new suit for church the next day. He is a sweet boy with a close relationship to our Heavenly Father and I love it. (He did get a new suit and look handsome singing to me on Mother's day)

I can't wait till the other two are built so we can take the kids again! I also can't wait to go on a date with my love to this temple. It was beautiful, like all temples are!

1st of many

Do you see that small little cut on that cute little leg? That would be his 1st ever banged up knee. He got it while hiking and didn't even cry. He looked at us and said "OH no" it was super cute. It hurt me more to see blood on my sweet baby than it did him. Now if our little princess got half that much of a cut it would have been tears for days and a box of band aids before we forgot about it.

His sweet little knee got a bigger cut a few weeks later and still no tears. He is ALL boy that's for sure. But he loves to cuddle and every night I get a good 15 min or more of him laying next to me on the couch. And tons of kisses too. I love it!! I sure am going to miss him when I have to be away having his baby brother.
