Did I do something wrong?
I need to have my kids birth certificates for our vacation and you know what I never did get them. Was I suppose to fill out some form that I didn't (I mean there was a million to fill out, and I just gave birth for crying out loud.) Did I do something wrong or not do something please someone fill me in ....Jana.. Amy..someone anyone..help me..I need some help.

yes, after the birth they give you a piece of paper and you're supposed to fill it out, send $10 and they'll mail you the birth certificate. I'm sure it's not too late, call the hospital.

Wait, where are you guys going?
Amy- we are going on a cruise. I am so excited and can't wait. But we leave in 10 weeks so I really have to hurry and get that certificate!
