LOST

The new season starts tonight!! Well tomorrow and tonight is a recap but I can't wait!! I was having a bad day till I remembered I get to watch my show. I think Will for Valentines day should buy me the 1st 3 seasons don't you? That would be so sweet! Okay I now need to make dinner and clean because I have to get a nap so I can stay up till 10. I know 10 for some people is not that late but I I just can't seem to stay up that late.

Sweet Gordon B. Hinckley

Our sweet Prophet is now with his sweet wife. Although I am sad feel blessed to have had many opportunities to hear his words. To hear what a man of God has to say to me for me and my family. I am blessed to be in church where dealth is not an "unknown scarry thing" in fact it is joyful and we know where we are going. President Hinckley knew he didn't have much time left and he was excited he wanted to be with his eternal companion again and I am so happy that he is now there. One day I will hug him and let him know how thankful I am for him along with many other wonderful people in this church.

I really believe this and I am trying everyday to life up to the promises I made with Heavenly Father before I came to this earth. I will miss seeing President Hinckley's sweet face but it is only goodbye for a little bit.

Girls night out!

I went out to dinner with some girlfriends the other night and had a BLAST!! We went to Mimi's cafe which is so yummy and way to girly for our husbands so it was perfect for us. There was a dessert that was so good I just had to let you all know about it was a HUGE smore. Check it out. I know your mouth is now watering and you wish you had come. It was the biggest smore I had ever seen in my life and so stinkin good.

Look what was in my mail today

Last week I entered a contest on the Fat quarter blog and totally did not think I would win because I never do and guess what I WON!!! What did I win well fabric of course. I got this cute one here.
And two of these jolly packs (which is 40 5x5inch squares so 80 total) I will be make Kenzie a super cute quilt (after I make Aliana's) so keep a look out of that. I was so excited when I went to the mail today!

Did I do something wrong?

I need to have my kids birth certificates for our vacation and you know what I never did get them. Was I suppose to fill out some form that I didn't (I mean there was a million to fill out, and I just gave birth for crying out loud.) Did I do something wrong or not do something please someone fill me in ....Jana.. Amy..someone anyone..help me..I need some help.

Happy birthday Meagan

Jordan's little friend Meagan turned 4 yesterday and we went over there for cake and pizza. Here are Candace, Kenzie, Jordan and Meagan (the birthday girl)
Here she is with the yummy cake. Meagan's mommy is my workout buddy so after cake we played some DDR which of course I lost and duck hunt, so fun. (One day Jen I say we skip the gym and play the Wii instead)

We gave her some nail polish and since she is 4 she didn't need any help. It was so cute to see her being a big girl.

Candace and Kenzie deiced to play mommies and were walking back and forth with the strollers it was so stinkin cute!!! They have really become good friends since Candace started coming to nursery. She can even say Kenzie in the sweetest little voice ever! I love her voice ever no sounds sweet and cute.

Yummy sticky goodness...

About 2 years ago I bought my little brother a s'more maker and it is so fun. Check out the fun we had on Saturday making this yummy treat. Jordan thought it was cool that is would catch on fire.(the smores he has had before came from the microwave)

Why..

..is it that everytime I have my girlfriends over the kids are really naughty. I mean they were so naughty I wanted to scream. Heather and Sam are so sweet and said they were good but really I know they were just being nice. I NEED my husband to come home. I also need to use my spa day gift card soon...

What can I say...

...I love mint!! That's right if it is mint flavored I like it. Starbucks has mint hot chocolate that is so yummy, you should really go get some. Will told me I need to get over this mint obsession but I CAN'T I love it. Always have and always will!!! Now I NEED something mint and chocolate and from Starbucks that will cost me 4 bucks and I wont even feel bad.

It's that time

Once again it is time to bear my testimony...
Things I know for sure
1. The Church is worth it. Always. No matter how hard life gets or how hard it is to life the gospel. It is worth is. I have had many things were not being in the church would have been the easy way (my wedding day) but I wanted an eternal family so I chose the harder path and let me tell you it is the BEST path.

2.Gordon B Hinkley is a prophet of God! He is a mouth piece for Heavenly Father and by following him we are following Heavenly Father. I am so thankful for him and I love him.

3. There is a song that I love and a part in it says "Savior, the world was on your shoulders.For every drop of pain that fell in my name, I'm forever Thankful." That is how I feel. Forever thankful! I can't even imagine the love he has for me to go through all he did so that I could have eternal life so I can have the life I have now. He is truly my SAVIOR and brother. I love him so much and can't wait for the day to tell him that face to face. I love that I can feel his love thru the holy spirit and prayer along with Heavenly Father.

4.Joseph Smith translated the book of Mormon he did NOT write it he translated it. He also saw Heavenly Father and Jesus face to face. He was an amazing man and I am thankful for him.

That's it?

It can't be over I NEED more!! I can't wait till the fall that is too long. I loved the books they were so good. I loved that Bella said yes to the wedding and I want to know what happened after. You know they had a deal and I have waited for three books! But it was so good. And do we think Jacob is really gone? I don't think he could leave her he needs her and wants her and will always be there. Even if she is married he will stick around "until her heart stops beating" at least. Okay now what do I do? Any other good books?

One more to go

Okay so I finished # 2 the "Twilight" books and it was good not as good as the 1st but good. It didn't have enough Edward in it and the ending, I'm glad I did have to wait for #3 to come out I am going to start reading it tonight. I hope this next one have LOTS and LOTS of Edward in it and that the ending is just right. So we will see.

Okay I did it!

My friend Kim came over yesterday to let me borrow her book twilight. And I LOVED it. I read it all in 6 hours. It was so good. I am now on my way to get the other two. Why did I wait so long to read it? Really it is SOOO good! I am in love with a vampire (weird) So if you haven't read it.. STOP everything and go read it NOW!!!
